Hi, I’m KP Hartman.

I’m a mental health professional specalizing in trauma, addiction, and stress. My approach is trauma-informed, evidence and strengths based, and collaborative.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that insight alone is often not enough. Lasting change requires attention to the nervous system, the body, and the survival patterns that helped you keep going. I integrate EMDR, parts work, somatic awareness, amoung other evidence-based practices to support therapy that is deep, practical, and sustainable.

I get that life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to make sense of it all. I’m here to help you navigate those turbulent waters. We’ll not only talk about what you’ve been through, but we’ll also tune into how it lives in your body. It’s amazing how our physical selves can hold on to our stories—whether that’s through tightness in your shoulders, a racing heart, or even just that feeling of being "off."

Through somatic practices, we'll work to help your nervous system find regulation. With movement, you'll reclaim a positive relationship with your physical self. And through trauma-informed care, we’ll cultivate the safety necessary for you to engage in deep healing.

Together, we’ll not only enhance how you move through the world but also improve your relationship with yourself and your environment. I’m here to support you in reshaping your experience and building a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
